1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Cyprus time) are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• During busy periods (sales, holidays, or new collection launches), processing times may take up to 3–5 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
