Return Policy

At POSH Cyprus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Exchanges can be made at any of our physical stores or, after prior arrangement, via courier.

• Refunds are available for eligible items once they are inspected and confirmed in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• Footwear must be returned in its original box.

• Sale items can only be exchanged for another size/product or returned for store credit.

Repairs & Adjustments

With proof of purchase, we offer free adjustments or repairs for any product that requires it, within 15 days of purchase, at our physical stores.
