• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery within Cyprus usually takes 2–4 working days.

• For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• Exchanges can be made either at our physical stores or, after prior arrangement, via courier.

• Refunds are available for returned items that meet our policy requirements.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

• Footwear must be returned in its original box.

Product Adjustments & Repairs

• With proof of purchase, we offer free adjustments or repairs on any product that requires it, within 15 days from the purchase date, exclusively at our physical stores.
